Alper is the CEO of Truva Corp. He is highly experienced in transactions relating to international financing transactions, debt capital markets and debt restructurings, having worked as a corporate lawyer at some of the world’s leading law firms for over 20 years.
Alper has worked, and continues to work across a wide variety of sectors including renewable energy, property development and tech.
As CEO, Alper heads up the leadership team at Truva Corp, giving strategic guidance and ensuring that the team builds strong, trustworthy relationships with its clients. He places a strong emphasis on process and combining the latest technology with the power of the people in the team to always produce the best outcomes for our clients.
Luci is the COO of Truva Corp. She is an experienced operations manager, project manager, and team builder. Luci also has a wealth of digital knowledge.
As COO, Luci is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Truva Corp and works closely with CEO, Alper Deniz, in strategic planning and ensuring that Truva Corp is consistently offering the best possible service to its clients.
Rachel is a regulatory and compliance law specialist with more than 20 years’ experience. She is an experienced adviser to financial services companies, having held a number of in-house roles, but also often advises businesses in the asset management and insurance sectors.
Rachel’s expertise includes regulatory horizon scanning, corporate governance, asset management, insurance and sovereign wealth funds.
Bourn is a banking and finance solicitor who specialises in advising issuers, arrangers, borrowers, trustees and sponsors on cross-border lending and capital market transactions.
Bourn is experienced in advising originators and other market participants on securitisation and structured finance transactions, involving a wide range of asset classes. He also assists with direct lending, real estate finance and loan restructuring transactions.
Amanda has intellectual property experience in private practice and in-house within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, digital media and adtech sectors.
Her experience includes advising on registrability and use of brand names, management, enforcement and exploitation of international trademark portfolios, IP audits, IP licensing agreements, content licensing agreements and SAAS agreements.
Amanda also has experience in GDPR compliance work and holds the specialist data protection certification CIPP/E. She also advises generally on commercial and corporate matters for organisations of all sizes.
