Marc Wilkinson

Marc is a senior capital markets, structured finance, regulatory and derivatives lawyer whose experience spans across private practice with top-tier leading law firms in London and Dublin, as well in-house legal and front-office roles within a major investment bank and a global asset manager.

Marc advises arrangers, issuers and corporate trustees on capital markets and structured finance transactions and companies, investment funds and other financial institutions on debt finance, derivatives and regulatory implementation and compliance.

In particular, Marc specialises the legal design and implementation of MTN programmes, standalone corporate bond issuances, securitisations, cash and synthetic CLOs, including the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents; drafting and negotiating various types of derivatives contracts under the ISDA framework; advising financial institutions on EU & UK regulatory implementation, including the Prospectus Regulation, the Securitisation Regulation, the Benchmarks Regulation, EMIR, SFTR and Brexit-related matters.
