He acknowledges that progress is being made, following the decision in the recent UK’s High Court case between NFT marketplace, OpenSea and a UK fintech entrepreneur, that recognises rights to holders of NFTs if they are lost or stolen, providing new protections, but believes that though this is a step in the right direction, there is more than needs to be done to protect investment in NFTs.
